Preeti Sureka has been appointed as Vice President – Finance & Accounting (F&A) Operations and Global Operating Leader at Genpact. Based in Gurugram, she is leading global finance transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence and automation across financial shared services.
With a dynamic career spanning over 18 years, Preeti brings rich expertise in finance leadership, change management, audit, and automation across global organizations. Before joining Genpact, she served as General Manager – Risk Assurance at Pernod Ricard, where she strengthened internal controls and risk governance frameworks across South Asia.
Preeti has also held strategic roles at Waters India as APAC Controller, and spent over 17 years at PepsiCo, where she progressed through multiple leadership positions, including Associate Director – Controls & Reporting, Corporate Auditor, and General Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis. Her key achievements include leading high-impact transformations, managing end-to-end financial reporting under Indian GAAP and US GAAP, and orchestrating one of the first shared services transitions for PepsiCo globally.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Preeti is known for her people-first leadership, process discipline, and ability to simplify complex operations through innovation and technology. At Genpact, she is expected to spearhead key initiatives in finance modernization, strengthen compliance, and create future-ready finance capabilities at scale.
