Pushpak Barik has been appointed as Vice President – Replacement Business at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., strengthening the company’s domestic leadership team. In this critical role, he will oversee the strategic growth of the company’s replacement market portfolio, optimize channel performance, and expand JK Tyre’s retail footprint across India.
Pushpak brings over two decades of leadership experience across the automotive and mobility sectors. Most recently, he served as Head of Sales – Commercial Mobility at TVS Motor Company, where he led front-end sales, business development, and customer partnerships while driving significant business growth. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Continental Tires, Ashok Leyland, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, building extensive expertise in sales leadership, channel development, business strategy, fleet business, international markets, and network expansion.
Throughout his career, Pushpak has consistently driven business transformation, strengthened dealer and distribution networks, expanded market presence across domestic and international markets, and delivered sustainable growth through customer-focused strategies. His achievements have been recognized with prestigious honors, including the AIMA Best National Manager Award and the Chairman’s Award for business transformation.
In his new role at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., Pushpak will lead the company’s replacement business strategy, focusing on strengthening channel performance, expanding the retail network, and accelerating growth across India’s replacement tyre market.
