Rohith Hariharan has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at e-TRNL Energy, bringing over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, organizational development, people strategy, and HR leadership.
Prior to joining e-TRNL Energy, Rohith spent nearly nine years at Ather Energy, where he held several leadership roles including Head – Employer Branding, People Communications & People Experience, Lead Talent Partner (CRP) & Head Employer Branding, Employer Branding & University Relations, and Talent Acquisition & Talent Partnering. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping talent strategy, strengthening employer branding, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s growth and transformation journey.
Earlier, he worked with TE Connectivity across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Organizational Development functions, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. He also held executive search and talent consulting roles with Associated Search Professionals, ABC Consultants, and CAPntel Executive Search.
In his new role, Rohith will lead e-TRNL Energy’s people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership capability, employer branding, employee experience, and building a high-performance culture to support the company’s continued growth.
