Ruchi Dubey GPHR has been appointed as the Director – People & Culture at METRO Global Solution Centre India, bringing with her a distinguished career in HR leadership, organizational development, and talent management. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving METRO GSC’s people agenda, embedding a culture of growth and engagement, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s long-term business objectives.
Prior to joining METRO Global Solution Centre, Ruchi spent over 15 years at Infosys BPM, where she held leadership roles such as HR Business Leader, Human Resources Business Manager, and Senior Unit Manager – BPHR. At Infosys, she successfully drove workforce planning, succession management, and global HR transformation initiatives, making significant contributions to the organization’s people strategy.
Her career is marked by rich global exposure across diverse industries, having held key HR positions at The Insolvency Service, Cisco Systems, Capital Consulting for Vodafone, Ocwen Financial Corporation, IonIdea Enterprise Solutions, and BRS International, along with early career experience at Cadbury India. These roles strengthened her expertise in areas such as recruitment, policy design, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across multiple geographies.
Academically, Ruchi holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, Jabalpur, which laid the foundation for her strong people-centric approach to HR leadership. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for integrating HR strategy with business goals, fostering inclusive cultures, and enabling organizational resilience during times of transformation.
