Sachin Malhotra has joined Cielo Talent as Senior Vice President – Global Shared Services, marking an exciting new chapter in his distinguished career spanning more than two decades in human resources, leadership, and digital transformation. In his new role, Sachin will lead Cielo’s global shared services function, driving operational excellence, scalability, and innovation across regions.
A seasoned HR leader, Sachin brings extensive experience in HR transformation, people operations, and strategy, having led large-scale initiatives across global organizations. Prior to joining Cielo Talent, he served as Director – HR, Smiths India and GBS Site Head at Smiths Group plc, where he played a key role in shaping people strategy, optimizing global business services, and enabling digital transformation. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Aggreko, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, and LTI Mindtree, where he successfully led GCC operations, built high-performing teams, and implemented transformative HR systems and processes.
Throughout his career, Sachin has been deeply committed to integrating technology and human capital, leveraging AI and analytics to enhance HR capabilities and organizational agility. His leadership philosophy combines strategic insight with a strong people-first mindset, ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver both business impact and employee engagement.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Sachin continues to be passionate about sustainability and the evolving intersection of HR and technology. Outside of work, he is known for his enthusiasm for pickleball, embodying his belief in maintaining balance and well-being both personally and professionally.
