In this role, he will oversee leadership hiring, employer branding, and stakeholder management, with a strong emphasis on process improvements and ensuring the right talent fit for the organisation’s strategic needs.
An MBA in Human Resources and holder of a Diploma in Labour Law, Sandeep has built a strong foundation in aligning talent strategies with business objectives. His expertise spans talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, industrial relations, reward and recognition systems, employer branding, and corporate compliance. Over the years, he has implemented initiatives such as comprehensive HR manuals, in-house magazines, and recognition programmes like “The Rising Star,” showcasing his innovative approach to HR.
Sandeep’s association with Spark Minda Group has been longstanding, having served as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager in the past. He has successfully led HR operations, mentored high-potential employees, and introduced performance-based appraisal systems. His previous experience also includes leadership roles at MOTUL, RACL Geartech Limited, Oerlikon Graziano Transmissioni India Pvt. Ltd., and Prearey Lall & Sons (E.P.) Ltd., where he delivered strategic HR initiatives that enhanced organisational culture and workforce capability.
Known for driving efficiency in hiring turnaround times, fostering a culture of recognition, and addressing skill gaps through structured learning, Sandeep has been recognised with awards such as “Star of the Quarter” for his exceptional contributions in employee engagement.
