Sandhya Dixit has taken on the role of Director – Sales (BFSI) at Altair, where she is responsible for driving growth in the financial services sector. With over two decades of experience in sales and business development, she brings deep domain expertise across banking, financial services, insurance, and analytics solutions.
At Altair, a Siemens group company, Sandhya will lead the charge in managing the BFSI vertical, offering clients end-to-end support across the entire data lifecycle. Her strategic focus lies in market expansion, solution positioning, and developing high-performing sales teams tailored to complex enterprise needs.
Prior to this, Sandhya spent over nine years at CRIF in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales and National Head of Antifraud Solutions. She was instrumental in expanding CRIF’s footprint across NBFCs, insurance, telecom, and payments, while spearheading the sales strategy for key products.
Known for her ability to build client relationships, scale new markets, and mentor high-impact teams, Sandhya’s move to Altair marks another milestone in a career built on insight-driven selling and operational excellence.
