Sandip Maity has been elevated to Chief Enablement Officer at Resonia, taking on an expanded leadership role with responsibilities spanning Design & Engineering, QHSE, Forest & Wildlife, Survey, Bid Capex, and Claims. In this position, he is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence across critical business functions, further strengthening the organization’s capabilities in the energy and infrastructure space.
Prior to this elevation, Sandip Maity served as Senior Vice President at Resonia in Design & Engineering, Survey and Bid Capex role, where he played a key role in advancing engineering operations and delivering complex projects. Also Sandip is having Patent on State-of-the-art India’s 1st Vertical GIS substation design & construction.
Earlier, Sandip Maity was associated with Crompton Greaves Ltd. as Manager Engineering, where he contributed across tender engineering, FEED, and detailed engineering. He also worked with ABB as Manager Engineering, gaining extensive
experience in executing domestic and international substation EPC projects for private sector clients as well as state and central utilities.
He began his career as a Design Engineer at Techno Electric & Engineering Co. Ltd., where he was involved in detailed and tender engineering for substation EPC projects.
