A seasoned automotive professional with over 25 years of industry experience, Satyabrata brings deep expertise in product development, supplier management, sourcing, and tooling. A postgraduate in Electric Vehicle Design from IIT Roorkee, he has been with IAC-International Automotive India Private Limited for more than seven years, where he has played a pivotal role in leading large-scale tooling programs, developing over 1,500 molds, and implementing advanced technologies such as 2K, 3K, and stack molds. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing collaboration with major clients including Mahindra & Mahindra and Eicher Motors.
Before joining IAC-International Automotive India Private Limited, Satyabrata held leadership roles at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd., Johnson Controls, Tata Motors, and Varroc, where he contributed to sourcing excellence, supply chain optimization, and new product development. His extensive experience across international markets such as China, South Korea, and Thailand has equipped him with a strong global perspective and the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams effectively.
