Bringing over 20 years of rich experience in healthcare, diagnostics, and retail, Shivaji specializes in business development, M&A, operations, and organizational leadership. In his earlier role, he spearheaded the West & Central India SBU of Lifecell Diagnostics, where he successfully managed multi-crore revenues while mentoring and guiding teams across diverse markets.
His professional journey includes leadership roles with renowned organizations such as GSK Pharmaceuticals, Landmark Group, Religare Group, RJCorp, PathCare Labs, Rivaara Labs, Healthspring Occupational and . These experiences have honed his ability to build scalable businesses, create consumer trust, and drive growth across multiple industries.
An alumnus of Patna University (Life Sciences) and FDDI Noida (Retail Management), Shivaji attributes his career achievements to strong family values and the mentorship of industry leaders. At Lifecell, he will lead collaborations and partnerships to strengthen the company’s market leadership.
