A B.Tech. graduate from Nirma University and holder of a PGDBA from IBMI, Shreyans brings with him over 16 years of expertise in the Security & Fire Safety domain. His extensive career has been defined by driving innovation, leading business growth, and shaping transformative security solutions across industries.
Over the years, Shreyans has held key positions at Suprema Inc., Honeywell, Adani Power, Matrix Comsec, and Tech Mahindra. At Suprema, he played a pivotal role as Country Manager for India and later for SAARC nations, successfully managing P&L, developing new business opportunities, and expanding the company’s regional footprint. His leadership at Honeywell and Adani Power further strengthened his specialization in fire and security systems, compliance, and large-scale infrastructure solutions, while his tenure at Matrix Comsec enhanced his strategic expertise in access control and enterprise-grade security technologies.
In addition to his corporate journey, Shreyans actively contributes to industry associations. He serves as Joint Secretary at FSAI (Fire & Security Association of India), Vadodara Chapter and is also a Youth Member at ISHRAE. Through these engagements, he has collaborated extensively with system integrators, contractors, consultants, architects, end-users, and government authorities, reinforcing his reputation as an industry thought leader.
Passionate about the future of enterprise security, Shreyans has a keen focus on Biometrics, RFID & Mobile, Cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, and AI-driven solutions such as facial recognition and predictive analytics for mission-critical infrastructures like data centers, R&D facilities, and manufacturing hubs. His achievements have been recognized with multiple honors, including BW Security World – 40 under 40, Suprema Global Rising Star Award, SmartTech Asia Strategic Partner 2025, and Honeywell’s Bravo Award. He has also been featured as a keynote speaker at the Global AI Summit & Awards in New Delhi and as a panelist at prestigious global forums such as ASIS and GCC summits.
