Shweta Chauhan Joins IILM University as Group Head of Human Resources
IILM University has announced the appointment of Shweta Chauhan as its Group Head of Human Resources, a strategic leadership move aimed at shaping the university’s people agenda during a pivotal phase of growth and transformation. In this role, Shweta will be responsible for defining and driving the university’s HR vision from the ground up—laying the foundation for high-impact people practices, innovative talent strategies, and a future-ready organizational culture.
With nearly two decades of HR leadership experience, Shweta brings a proven track record in talent management, HR transformation, organizational development, and strategic business partnership. At IILM University, she will spearhead initiatives to digitize and automate HR processes, build scalable shared services, ensure regulatory excellence, and embed a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with the IILM Group’s broader vision.
Shweta’s most recent role was Global Lead – Human Resources at Capgemini, where over 15 years she led end-to-end talent management, including leadership development, succession planning, capability building, and large-scale HR transformation programs. Prior to Capgemini, she spent 8 years with Fiserv as HRBP Lead, where she successfully drove people strategy, business alignment, and organizational effectiveness. Her early career includes impactful roles with Binary Semantics and Q’MART Consulting, partnering with diverse industries to deliver innovative HR solutions.
Shweta’s appointment is a strategic step for IILM University as it strengthens its HR leadership during a critical phase of institutional development, positioning her to steer the university’s human capital strategy with innovation, efficiency, and a strong focus on excellence.
