With over 18 years of global experience, Sikandar is a recognized expert in AI-driven HR technology, strategic HR shared services, and global HR operations. Before joining Flywire, he served at Emirates NBD (UAE), where he led HR transformation and people strategy initiatives across the Middle East. His international career also includes leadership roles at Microsoft Mexico, where he scaled HR operations for Microsoft Manila, as well as at Amazon, ADP, and IBM—organizations where he built future-fit HR shared service frameworks and spearheaded people service center transformations.
