Sneha Kotecha joins GPN after serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bhartiya Group for a year. During her tenure at Bhartiya Group, she played a critical role in redefining HR strategies, implementing robust talent management systems, and driving organizational growth through effective HR practices.
Sneha’s notable career also includes over 11 years at Airtel, where she held multiple leadership roles. She served as Head Business HR for Airtel Digital TV, Head HR-Network (General Manager), and DGM-Talent Management & Development. Her journey at Airtel began through the Bharti Young Leader Program, where she gained valuable cross-functional experience in marketing and customer service. She made significant contributions in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness during her tenure.
