Prior to this, Sohil Barad served as General Manager – Global Sales at GREW Solar, where he led international sales initiatives and played a key role in expanding market reach across regions. His experience in managing global accounts, driving strategic partnerships, and executing cross-border business development initiatives has been instrumental in delivering sustained growth.
Earlier, he was associated with Adani Solar, where he held multiple roles across sales and business development. During his tenure, he was actively involved in identifying new international markets, developing pricing strategies, managing supply chain coordination for exports, and building partnerships with distributors and clients across key global regions including the USA and Europe.
With additional early experience across organizations such as Mott MacDonald and Red Bull, Sohil Barad has developed a well-rounded perspective on business development, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
