Most recently, Bhupender served as Principal Specialist – Talent Acquisition & HR (Head Talent Acquisition) at Wireworks (Division of Infiniti Power Pvt. Ltd.), where he spearheaded global talent acquisition initiatives including strategic talent scouting, executive headhunting, market mapping, HR policy implementation, HRMS & ATS deployment, employee engagement initiatives, and AI-powered recruitment transformation projects. His role also included leading culture-building programs and implementing innovative recruitment technologies aimed at improving hiring efficiency, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience.
Prior to this, he spent more than 13 years with NTT DATA as Principal Specialist – Talent Acquisition, where he managed end-to-end recruitment across India and APAC for lateral, mid-level, leadership, and executive hiring mandates across multiple business functions and domains. During his tenure, he led campus hiring initiatives, employer branding programs, DEI-focused hiring strategies, vendor management, recruitment analytics, and digital hiring transformation initiatives while consistently enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience.
Bhupender began his professional journey with Hero MotoCorp as Human Resources Executive, managing recruitment lifecycle operations, campus hiring, employee relations, HR analytics, organizational development initiatives, and workforce engagement programs. Earlier, at Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., he gained foundational experience in end-to-end recruitment, volume hiring, stakeholder coordination, sourcing strategies, interview management, and employee referral programs. His career reflects a strong track record in building future-ready hiring ecosystems and aligning talent strategy with long-term organizational growth.
