Having joined the organization in April 2024 as Head Works, Suresh quickly made an impact by leading operational streamlining and benchmarking efforts across the plant. With over 25 years of experience in the cement industry, Suresh brings deep-rooted expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, organizational efficiency, and cost control. Throughout his career, he has been known for his ability to drive large-scale operational improvements and align teams with strategic business goals. In his new role, he will focus on driving production benchmarking, fostering innovation, and accelerating digital adoption across Heidelberg’s central India operations.
Prior to joining Heidelberg Cement, Suresh served in multiple senior leadership positions over a span of 26 years at ACC Limited (now part of the Adani Group). His tenure included key roles such as Chief Plant Manager, where he oversaw operations at Jamul, Lakheri, Sindri, Wadi, Kymore, Tikaria, and Damodar Cement Works. His journey at ACC showcased a consistent growth trajectory from Production Manager to the Unit Head, highlighting his strength in operational leadership and multi-plant management.
