Sweta Mishra has been appointed as Head Human Resources at Helios Capital Asset Management, bringing more than 18 years of rich experience across asset management, broking, wealth management, financial services, and human capital leadership. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s people strategy, talent agenda, organizational development initiatives, leadership capability building, and culture transformation efforts as Helios continues its growth journey.
An accomplished HR leader, Sweta brings deep expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering, succession planning, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and HR transformation. Prior to joining Helios Capital Asset Management, she served as Deputy Vice President – Human Resources at Kotak Securities, where she led a team of HR Business Partners and managed the complete employee lifecycle across the organization’s largest zone. She played a pivotal role in workforce planning, succession management, talent development, employee wellbeing, rewards and recognition, employee relations, and strategic HR interventions aligned with business objectives.
Before Kotak Securities, Sweta spent over a decade within the ICICI Group, serving as Chief Manager – Human Resources at ICICI Securities, Associate Manager – Human Resources at ICICI Prudential Asset Management, and Associate Manager – Human Resources at 3i Infotech Ltd. (erstwhile ICICI Infotech). Across these organizations, she partnered with business leaders to drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, capability development, and people transformation initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held HR roles with HBL Global Pvt Ltd (Subsidiary of HDFC Bank) and Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd, where she built a strong foundation in HR operations, employee management, and business partnering.
An MBA from ITM Business School, Mumbai, and a graduate in Economics from Fergusson College, Pune, Sweta has been recognized among distinguished HR Leaders of India at Indian Conventions, New Delhi. Her appointment reflects Helios Capital Asset Management’s commitment to strengthening its people-first culture and building a future-ready organization through strategic human capital leadership.
