In her expanded role, she will drive strategic corporate and alumni engagement initiatives, strengthen industry-academia collaborations, enhance talent development programs, and contribute to creating stronger career outcomes while supporting the organization’s long-term growth objectives.
With over 16 years of diverse experience spanning corporate relations, placements, learning and development, executive search, talent acquisition, business development, financial services, and client relationship management, Vasudha has built a strong reputation for creating high-impact industry partnerships and scalable talent solutions. Her expertise spans recruitment strategy, employer engagement, workforce development, alumni relations, enterprise account management, and organizational growth.
Since joining Miles Education in 2015, Vasudha has progressed through several leadership positions including Center Head, Head of Operations South, Head Alumni Relations & Placements, General Manager – Corporates & Placement, AVP – Corporate Relations & Placements, Head – L&D Solutions & Placement, and now Vice President – Corporate & Alumni Relations. Throughout this journey, she has played a pivotal role in building placement ecosystems, expanding corporate partnerships, strengthening alumni networks, leading large recruitment teams, and developing innovative talent and learning solutions for leading organizations.
Prior to rejoining Miles Education in her current leadership journey, Vasudha served as Deputy General Manager at Randstad India, where she led executive search and leadership hiring initiatives while managing high-performing teams and delivering strategic talent solutions. Earlier in her career, she held roles with IIFL (India Infoline Group), CREDIT ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH LIMITED (CARE Ratings), and Standard Chartered Bank, gaining valuable experience across relationship management, financial services, business development, client engagement, banking operations, portfolio management, and customer service excellence.
