With over 25 years of experience in human resources leadership, Veena brings deep expertise in aligning people priorities with business outcomes, scaling global organizations, and navigating complex M&A integrations.

Prior to joining WPP Media, Veena served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Apexon, where she led people transformation initiatives that harmonized structures, enhanced talent development, and built inclusive, high-trust cultures. She also held senior HR leadership roles at CPA Global, Epsilon, Thomson Reuters, and IBM, where she consistently partnered with business leaders to evolve HR into a true strategic enabler. Her experience spans diverse industries and geographies, reflecting her ability to adapt, scale, and deliver measurable impact in dynamic environments.

Throughout her career, Veena has been at the forefront of shaping organizational culture and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion as central to business success. At Thomson Reuters, she spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives for over 10,000 employees in India, while at CPA Global, she played a transformational role in positioning India as a global center of excellence.
