Vitthal Tivarekar has been appointed as the General Manager – Operations & Business Development for the Pune Region at GNP Consultancy and Solutions, marking a strategic leadership move for the company’s regional growth and industrial expansion.
With over 16 years of cross-functional experience, Vitthal brings deep expertise in strategic consulting, sales leadership, project execution, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. He has previously worked with leading organizations including Inspira Realty, Pashmina Developers, Sahyog Homes, Reliance Foundation Hospital, Satguru Travels (Africa), and Infosys BPM, managing diverse portfolios across industrial, residential, commercial, and logistics real estate sectors.
At GNP, Vitthal will spearhead operations across industrial hubs in Pune, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nashik, Nagpur, and beyond, driving initiatives from land acquisition to project readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance with MIDC, MPCB, MSEDCL, and fostering automation and data-driven efficiencies. His strategic focus also includes market expansion, stakeholder partnerships, and client relationship management to boost revenue and long-term value creation.
Vitthal’s leadership is grounded in strong academic credentials: a B.Sc. in Mathematics, an Executive MBA in Operations, and advanced certifications in Digital Supply Chain & Logistics Management from IIM Visakhapatnam and Marketing, Analytics & Sales (MAS) from IIM Kozhikode. His recent “Career 2.0” sabbatical enabled him to rewire his leadership for the digital era—equipping him with future-ready tools like Tableau Visual Analytics, project management methodologies, and behavioral agility.
