With nearly two decades of experience spanning the US healthcare payer and provider ecosystem, he brings extensive expertise in business growth, capability building, customer relationship management, and large-scale transformation initiatives. In his new role, he will spearhead healthcare capability development, strengthen transformation programs, and drive strategic growth for HCLTech’s healthcare business.
Prior to joining HCLTech, Pandit served at Thryve Digital Health LLP (formerly enGen Global), where he steadily progressed through leadership roles including Director, Associate Director, Senior Process Manager, Transition Manager, and Associate Manager. During his tenure, he led complex transition and transformation programs, strengthened service delivery excellence, optimized operational frameworks, and built high-performing teams across multiple healthcare engagements. His leadership played a key role in delivering business transformation and enhancing customer value through process innovation and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Pandit was associated with Concentrix (formerly IBM Daksh), where he served as Assistant Manager. It was here that he established a strong foundation in healthcare operations, customer relationship management, and project delivery while
managing critical healthcare processes and leading cross-functional teams. His experience at Concentrix laid the groundwork for a successful leadership career in the healthcare services industry.
