Known for her strong commercial acumen and leadership in high-growth environments, she has consistently driven revenue expansion and market penetration across industries.
Pooja Sharma’s key strengths include sales leadership, digital PR, ATL/BTL marketing, content strategy, and business development, along with deep expertise in building scalable sales frameworks. She has played a critical role in improving sales efficiency, streamlining operational processes, and driving structured team development, training, and onboarding systems to support business growth.
Prior to this role, she held leadership positions at Tesla Power USA MENA LLC, where she served as Chief Revenue Officer and Business Head, leading revenue growth and strategic expansion. She also contributed to business growth at Bharat Claims and Madhyam Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd., strengthening her expertise in new business development and digital commerce.
Earlier in her career, she worked with organizations such as Sovereign Health Group and Liverpool Football Club (via Pure Play Sports), gaining exposure to global marketing, brand communication, and customer engagement. She has led campaigns and content strategies for major brands including Nokia, Nestlé, Tata Sky, and Samsung.
