With over 13 years of experience in financial services, Poorva brings deep domain expertise across credit appraisal, underwriting, risk assessment, and portfolio management. A seasoned Chartered Accountant, she has consistently demonstrated strong credit judgement and the ability to balance growth objectives with robust risk controls across diverse lending environments.
Prior to joining Archbridge Capital, Poorva served as Regional Credit Manager at Profectus Capital Pvt. Ltd., where she played a critical role in strengthening credit processes and supporting scalable business expansion. Her earlier career includes impactful credit leadership roles at ICICI Bank, along with experience across institutions such as FICCL, RBL Bank, and Reliance, giving her a broad perspective across retail, SME, and structured lending segments.
