A core facet of his career has been re-imagining Global Capability Centers (GCCs) through a critical lens—shifting them from traditional, cost-focused capacity hubs to strategic, value-driven partners that directly fuel innovation and business outcomes.
In his new role, Prabhakar will apply this proven transformation playbook to strengthen Kyndryl’s strategic customer partnerships. He will be responsible for driving growth by delivering value-led transformation programs, moving beyond mere service delivery to ensure customer outcomes are deeply aligned with Kyndryl’s technology portfolio and fostering long-term, trusted relationships.
Prior to Kyndryl, as Managing Partner at BridgePath Innovations, he focused on business growth and strategic initiatives for Fortune clients, where he spearheaded engagements to reposition GCCs for higher-value contributions. This built upon nearly 18 years of leadership at IBM in roles including Associate Partner and Delivery Project Executive, where he led large global teams and managed complex analytics and digital transformation programs—experiences central to building value-centric operating models.
