Throughout his distinguished career, Pramod has held several senior leadership positions across leading organizations. Most recently, he served as Senior President and Global CIO at Mankind Pharma, where he led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, enterprise technology modernization programs, and strategic IT operations that supported the company’s business growth and operational efficiency.
Before joining Mankind Pharma, he was associated with Diageo India Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Manager – Information Technology, contributing to the development of enterprise technology frameworks and business process improvements. Earlier, he worked with Wockhardt, where he gained valuable experience in IT management, enterprise applications, and technology-driven business transformation.
In his new role as Partner – Growth and Strategy, SAP Practice at GenXAI, Pramod will spearhead the company’s SAP practice while driving strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and growth initiatives. His expertise in aligning technology with business objectives, coupled with his experience leading complex enterprise programs, is expected to play a key role in expanding GenXAI’s market presence and customer success.
