Ravindra Singh Saigal has been appointed as Head – Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) and Public Sector for the Middle East and Africa at Coforge. In this role, he will be responsible for driving business strategy, market expansion, and revenue growth across the region, while strengthening client relationships and positioning Coforge as a trusted strategic partner. He will lead sales, client acquisition, and account management efforts, while also owning P&L and fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture aligned with the company’s global objectives.
Prior to this appointment, Ravindra Singh Saigal served at Accenture as Lead – BFSI, Risk & Compliance for the Middle East, where he drove account growth, led large-scale proposals, and delivered transformation programs across key markets. Before that, he was Senior Director at Capgemini, responsible for business development across Asia including the Middle East, India, and the Far East, managing pipeline growth, client relationships, and large deal closures across multiple industry verticals.
Earlier, he spent several years at Tata Consultancy Services in multiple leadership roles including Associate Vice President Sales IT/ITES/BPO and Head – Business Development for Business Process Services across regions such as KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, and South Africa. He also held roles as Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager, leading sales strategy, consulting engagements, and go-to-market initiatives across BFSI, government, and global enterprise clients.
Ravindra Singh Saigal’s earlier career includes leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank as Regional Manager across operations risk, wealth management, and personal loans, followed by roles at Tata AIG as Area Manager, HDFC Bank as Sales Manager, and Titan Company Limited as Sr Sales Officer. With extensive experience across banking, insurance, IT services, and consulting, he brings a strong blend of sales leadership, strategic growth, and client engagement expertise to his new role at Coforge.
