Having previously served as Executive Director at Porite India, Sandeep Fatangare has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strengthening the company’s position within the precision engineering and sintered components space.
During his tenure at Porite India, Sandeep Fatangare has been instrumental in navigating the company through phases of growth, innovation, and transformation. As part of a renowned Japanese multinational group, Porite India continues to uphold its legacy of discipline, quality, and technological advancement—principles that closely align with Sandeep Fatangare’s leadership philosophy. Notably, Porite India was a greenfield project, where he contributed significantly to building operations from scratch.
Before his impactful stint at Porite India, Sandeep Fatangare built a strong foundation in manufacturing and engineering through his roles at GKN Sinter Metals, Hitachi Chemical India Pvt. Ltd, and Kalyani Forge Ltd. At Hitachi Chemical India Pvt. Ltd (Powder Metals Division), he served as D.G.M. (Production & Product Engineering), where he played a key role in operations and engineering. Hitachi Chemical India Pvt. Ltd was also a greenfield project, where he was involved in establishing processes and operations from the ground up. At GKN Sinter Metals, he served as Production Manager, gaining extensive experience in production processes and operational efficiency. Earlier, at Kalyani Forge Ltd., he worked as a Tool Room Engineer, developing core technical expertise that has supported his steady rise in the industry.
