With more than 19 years of experience spanning B2B commerce, startup ecosystems, investments, business development, client relationship management, and strategic operations, Supriyo brings a distinctive blend of entrepreneurial and corporate leadership expertise. Throughout his career, he has focused on driving business growth, building high-value relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and helping organizations unlock new market opportunities through innovative and scalable business models.
Prior to joining Digital International Intermesh Pvt. Ltd., Supriyo served as Senior Investment Manager at We Founder Circle, where he worked closely with entrepreneurs, angel investors, family offices, and growth-stage startups. In this role, he led investments across sectors including fintech, SaaS, AI, consumer technology, and sports technology, while contributing to fundraising initiatives, ecosystem development, founder mentorship, and strategic collaborations that supported business scaling and long-term value creation.
Earlier, he served as Senior Manager at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, where he managed ultra-premium client portfolios and played a key role in driving revenue growth, customer retention, and export business development over an eight-year tenure. Prior to IndiaMART, he held leadership roles including Assistant Manager at Bharti Airtel, Senior Team Lead at Aegis Global, Team Leader at HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions, and Customer Care Associate at Netwatch Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., building a strong foundation in customer engagement, operations management, team leadership, and business growth.
