Shajan Samuel has been appointed as Senior Vice President at Aptech Ltd– National Sales Head Arena Animation, where he will spearhead the growth and strategy for the company’s flagship brand, Arena Animation. This marks his return to Aptech in a larger leadership capacity, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to excellence in career-led education and skilling.
A well-known name in India’s education and skilling ecosystem, Shajan has consistently driven innovation, revenue growth, and partner network expansion. In his recent stint at USDC Global, he led the channel business and delivered a sharp rise in topline revenue, overseeing the P&L for five university partnerships and scaling online education in a highly competitive market.
Previously, as Chief Revenue Officer at Safalta, he helped scale the platform 100x, launched the digital skills vertical, and built strategic collaborations that led to high-quality placements. With earlier roles at Manipal Global Education, TeamLease, Quess Corp, and his earlier successful innings at Aptech, Shajan brings deep expertise across P&L management, business transformation, and franchise growth.
A graduate of St. Xavier’s College and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta’s Advanced Management Program, Shajan blends operational rigour with visionary leadership.
