Hemant Kumar Mishra has been appointed as the National Manufacturing Head at Fenesta (Unit of DCM Shriram Ltd.), marking a strategic leadership addition to the company’s manufacturing and operations vertical. With over 26 years of extensive experience spanning automotive, electronics, and chemical industries, Hemant is set to play a pivotal role in elevating operational efficiencies across Fenesta’s manufacturing units.
Prior to joining Fenesta, Hemant served as Manufacturing Director – Asia (India, Malaysia, Japan) at Johnson Matthey, where he successfully led multi-site operations with a sharp focus on supply chain optimization and cost control. His earlier stints include key leadership roles across multiple organizations like Hitachi Metglas, Honeywell, Delphi Packard Systems, and Motherson Sumi Systems. These roles have shaped his strategic and executional capabilities in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and team leadership.
In his new capacity at Fenesta, Hemant will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing functions of all Fabrication & Extrusion plants, driving process excellence, and aligning operations with business growth goals. His strong track record in P&L management and operational transformation across geographies positions him well to strengthen Fenesta’s manufacturing capabilities.
