Prior to joining Workplace Curators, Manish held a series of impactful leadership roles across globally recognized organizations. He most recently served as Head of Enterprise Business at Officebanao, where he was instrumental in driving scalable real estate solutions for enterprise clients. Before that, he was Vice President – Real Estate & Procurement at Azure Power and Vice President – Global Real Estate & Procurement at Evalueserve, where he oversaw complex, high-value workplace and procurement strategies across multiple geographies.
Manish’s earlier roles include serving as Corporate Real Estate Head at Indus Towers Limited and Group Manager, Real Estate & Workplace Services at Evalueserve, contributing significantly to workplace design and delivery models. His foundational experience includes key positions at JMD Group, where he developed deep operational and administrative expertise. Across each of these organizations, he is credited for successfully delivering large-scale, high-impact real estate environments spread over millions of square feet globally.
