His domain expertise spans engineering, EHV and distribution projects, GIS, energy audit, commercial operations, network services, and CSR — combining operational depth with strategic vision.
Starting from his foundational years at Tata Power-DDL, where he held roles such as Head of Projects and Distribution Operations Manager, Dushyant moved on to lead critical functions in TPNODL as Chief Commercial Services & CSR and Chief Operation Services. His ability to drive performance, transform systems, and lead teams effectively earned him his most recent leadership role as Chief Commercial Services at TPCODL.
