Esha Ranjan Appointed as Chief Projects Officer at BHIVE Workspace, bringing with her nearly two decades of rich experience in project execution, design, and procurement across India and the Asia-Pacific region. A PMP-certified and LEED-accredited professional, Esha has built a formidable track record of delivering complex, large-scale developments with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. In her new role, she will be spearheading BHIVE’s project execution strategy, with a keen emphasis on delivering future-ready workspaces that are aligned with evolving business needs.
Prior to her appointment at BHIVE Workspace, Esha served as Director – Design, Procurement & Projects at Incuspaze, and previously as Vice President – Projects at Smartworks. At both organizations, she played a pivotal role in shaping office infrastructure and managed high-stake projects, overseeing everything from design conceptualization to final handover. Her strategic approach, deep technical knowledge, and ability to drive cross-functional teams have consistently resulted in high-impact outcomes for stakeholders.
Esha’s career includes a significant stint at IKEA, where she led the design and engineering efforts of a 45 lakh sq. ft. mixed-use development comprising a flagship IKEA store, commercial offices, retail complexes, and a hotel, with a budget of INR 5,500 crores. She successfully implemented advanced tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and point cloud surveying to ensure precision and quality across the entire project lifecycle. Her leadership was instrumental in streamlining operations and fostering a culture of value engineering and cost optimization.
Having started her journey as a designer with Ashish Architects, Esha steadily climbed the professional ladder through key roles at reputed firms such as Space Matrix, dwp, Adrianse, DWP Interics, and M Moser Associates. At Laureate International Universities, she managed facility operations and construction projects across 27 campuses in India, Australia, and New Zealand. With her vast global exposure and proven ability to align design with business strategy, Esha is set to make a significant impact at BHIVE Workspace.
