Subramanya Bhat has been appointed as Vice President – Finance & Accounting at reAlpha Techcorp Private Limited (realpha.com/Nasdaq: AIRE). With over 20 years of comprehensive experience in managing end-to-end finance operations across various organisations, Subramanya brings a strong blend of financial expertise and leadership capabilities to the role. His onboarding represents a strategic addition to reAlpha’s leadership team as the company accelerates its global expansion.
In his new position, Subramanya will lead M&A financial integration initiatives and oversee treasury and cash flow management. A key focus area will be the implementation of ERP systems and automation tools to enhance overall operational efficiency. He will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders—including investors, auditors, legal counsel, and senior executives—to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting. His proficiency in technical accounting, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in navigating reAlpha’s growth in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Before joining reAlpha, Subramanya held senior finance roles at notable organizations such as Tesco Bengaluru Pvt Ltd, ASM Technologies Ltd., 2Streams Pvt Ltd, P.K. Narendra & Co. Across these roles, he provided strategic financial leadership and operational support tailored to the unique demands of the retail, technology, consulting, media and audit sectors.
In this leadership role, Subramanya will head reAlpha’s finance operations in India, driving alignment with international financial practices and compliance frameworks including US GAAP, SEC/Nasdaq, and SOX. He will spearhead strategic financial initiatives, ensure regulatory adherence, and deliver value-driven financial leadership. His broad industry experience positions him well to lead finance operations at scale and support reAlpha’s long-term objectives.
