Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Karthik served as Senior General Manager at Redington Limited, where he spearheaded a three-year growth strategy for a portfolio of 14 OEM alliances. Under his leadership, the business achieved a 35% year-over-year revenue growth through strategic vendor management and process optimization. He also drove operational efficiency, boosting profits by 30%, and expanded the product portfolio by identifying emerging technology trends and initiating key OEM partnerships. His leadership not only delivered consistent financial performance but also enhanced market penetration in competitive segments.
Earlier in his career, Karthik held leadership roles at Vishuddhi Network Solutions, Microsoft, Oracle, and Redington India Ltd. At Oracle.
