Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Karthik served as Senior General Manager at Redington Limited, where he spearheaded a three-year growth strategy for a portfolio of 14 OEM alliances. Under his leadership, the business achieved a 35% year-over-year revenue growth through strategic vendor management and process optimization. He also drove operational efficiency, boosting profits by 30%, and expanded the product portfolio by identifying emerging technology trends and initiating key OEM partnerships.
