Known for his ability to scale organizations while maintaining exceptional talent acquisition standards, Jyothendra will now spearhead BCforward’s recruiting strategy for the US market. His focus will be on enhancing recruiter productivity, leveraging AI to digitize and streamline processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent solutions to clients across diverse industries.
Before joining BCforward, Jyothendra served as Vice President – US Staffing at PRIMUS Global Services, where he successfully led recruitment initiatives to meet dynamic client needs in the competitive US talent landscape. Prior to that, he was Senior Director – Recruitment & Operations at Aditi Consulting, driving operational excellence and aligning staffing strategies with business goals. His early career includes his role as Technical Recruiter at MindLance Inc, where he honed his skills in sourcing top-tier talent and building strong client relationships.
In his current role, Jyothendra aims to align recruitment operations at BCforward with evolving business priorities, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the integration of innovative technologies into hiring practices.
