With a proven track record of building strong people-centric cultures, Seema is poised to play a pivotal role in aligning Mobi’s talent strategy with its ambitious vision for the future.

Before joining Mobi, Seema served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Digitide, where she drove HR transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies. Her professional journey also includes impactful stints at Heptagon Technologies (A Quess Corp Company), where she rose from Manager to Senior Manager – HR, overseeing workforce planning, policy optimization, and employee experience initiatives. Earlier in her career, she contributed her expertise to organizations such as Acusis, Point Perfect Transcription Services, Mazenet, Cicada Technologies, and Trinity Technologies.
Her core strengths lie in strategic HR planning, business strategy, personnel management, and talent development—capabilities that will be critical as Mobi continues to expand its footprint and redefine how payments are made across borders.
