Kavya Dubey has been elevated as the Director – Marketing at Karix, bringing with her nearly a decade of extensive experience within the organization and a proven track record in strategic brand building and market engagement. Her journey at Karix began over nine years ago, during which she has consistently demonstrated leadership in developing impactful marketing strategies and driving business growth.
Prior to stepping into the Director role in April 2025, Kavya served as Associate Director – Marketing from April 2023 to August 2025, where she played a pivotal role in expanding Karix’s market presence, launching innovative campaigns, and aligning marketing initiatives with evolving customer needs. She also held the position of Senior Marketing Manager between April 2022 and March 2023, where her work contributed to strengthening the brand’s positioning in competitive markets.
Her career foundation was built through various roles within Karix, where she developed deep expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and customer engagement. Kavya’s early experience includes a marketing internship at Amway in 2015, where she worked on the Bodykey India Launch Plan, focusing on distributor behaviour analysis and applying behavioural change techniques to influence consumer decisions. This exposure to consumer psychology has remained a defining aspect of her approach to marketing leadership.
As Director – Marketing, Kavya is expected to lead Karix’s marketing vision with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, and customer-centric strategies. Her extensive understanding of the company’s values, operations, and market dynamics positions her strongly to guide Karix into its next phase of growth, strengthening its presence in the communication solutions industry.
