Deepak Vijay Kumar is currently serving as Associate General Manager at Creative Synergies Limited, where he plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s leadership in delivering cutting-edge solutions in operations and projects. Alongside his professional responsibilities, Deepak is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from ESGCI Paris. He also holds an MBA with dual specialization in Operations & Supply Chain, and Leadership & Strategy from NMIMS, as well as a Mechanical Engineering degree from RV College of Engineering, which has provided him with a strong technical foundation.
Before joining Creative Synergies Limited, Deepak gained extensive experience at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, where he held senior roles including Deputy General Manager and as a Program Manager handling International Accounts. His career at Tata Consulting Engineers offered him wide exposure to managing large-scale engineering projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency.
