With over two decades of extensive experience in HR, talent management, and organizational development, Susan has successfully delivered large-scale transformation projects that created measurable business impact. During her tenure at Atos, she served as Group Head – Talent and Head of Learning & Development (Industries), leading global talent strategies. At Atos Syntel, she held multiple leadership positions including Program Lead – Global ONE, General Manager & Head – Learning & Development, and Location Head – Training & Development IT, where she spearheaded capability-building and leadership readiness initiatives across geographies.
Her professional foundation was built across diverse organizations such as L&T Infotech, NIIT Limited, and Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. At L&T Infotech, she was Senior Training Manager, driving enterprise learning solutions. Earlier, at NIIT Limited, she served as Centre Head & Group Leader (Technical), managing technology training and talent development. At the start of her career with Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., she worked as a Systems & Database Executive, blending technical expertise with process innovation.
