NLB Services has appointed Abhilash Raghavan as Chief Business Officer, where he will lead the company’s newly established Global Capability Center (GCC) vertical. With over 25 years of experience in enterprise transformation and financial strategy, Abhilash brings a wealth of expertise in building scalable global solutions. Having successfully established and managed more than 30 GCCs for multinational clients, he will play a pivotal role in strengthening NLB’s GCC capabilities and driving strategic growth.
Prior to joining NLB Services, Abhilash served as Chief Financial Officer at ANSR, where he was responsible for building world-class financial systems and processes to drive operational excellence, profitability, and business efficiency. During his tenure, he partnered with leading global organizations including PepsiCo, 3M, Delta Air Lines, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Anheuser-Busch InBev in setting up and scaling their GCCs. He also served as a Board Director for ANSR subsidiaries and client entities in India, further highlighting his governance and leadership acumen.
Abhilash’s career spans leadership roles across major global enterprises. At Target Corporation India, he led indirect sourcing, procurement, accounting, reporting, and financial operations. Before that, at America Online (AOL), he guided financial planning and analysis functions. He began his career at Wipro Limited, where he contributed to building the Healthcare & Life Sciences business. Most recently, he was with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as Head of Finance, Data & Analytics Operations, overseeing financial planning, reporting, governance, and strategic business partnering.
An alumnus of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, with a specialization in Cost Accounting, Abhilash combines deep financial expertise with strong operational insight. His appointment reinforces NLB Services’ commitment to scaling its GCC vertical and delivering next-generation solutions for global clients.
