With over two decades of extensive experience in digital transformation and leadership, Deepak plays a critical role in shaping the organizational culture, driving comprehensive talent strategies, and fostering a high-performance workforce that aligns seamlessly with the company’s strategic objectives. He is recognized as a visionary yet pragmatic leader, adept at integrating strategic foresight with operational rigor to effectively manage human capital.
Throughout his career, Deepak has been instrumental in establishing Global, Digital, and IT Centers from the ground up, earning numerous accolades and industry recognition for his contributions. His expertise spans the full spectrum of integrated talent management, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
Apart from HR Operations in India, Deepak has been instrumental in setting up the US entity and UAE operations in Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited.
Deepak holds a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. Prior to his tenure at Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited, he has held key positions at renowned organizations including JCB, Michelin, ATS Automation and KSB.
