Known for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership style, Sachin has built a stellar career leading complex infrastructure and workspace development initiatives across diverse industries, including co-working, real estate, textile, and education.
With an impressive career spanning 22 years, Sachin has successfully managed and delivered more than 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Before joining Fincore Workspace, he served as Head – HR, Admin & Projects at G.M. Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., where he was instrumental in overseeing large-scale construction and interior projects, implementing robust HR and administrative frameworks, and driving operational efficiencies that supported the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Sachin’s professional expertise extends beyond project execution—he has a proven track record in land acquisition, legal compliance, government liaisoning, and vendor management. His leadership in ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective cost management has made him a trusted name in the industry.
