A strategic talent acquisition leader, Puja is known for building high-performing teams, designing inclusive hiring strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to enable business growth.
Before joining Ecolab GBS+, Puja served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Cummins India, where she led a 30+ member team managing both experienced and campus hiring. During her tenure, she spearheaded digital transformation initiatives within the talent function, introduced automation to streamline recruitment processes, and significantly reduced time-to-hire while advancing the company’s diversity agenda. Her leadership enhanced stakeholder satisfaction, improved hiring quality, and strengthened the talent pipeline across critical business functions.
Throughout her career, Puja has held key roles at AXA, Tech Mahindra, Aegis, and Manpower, where she successfully managed large-scale hiring operations, implemented innovative recruitment processes, and partnered closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals. Her expertise spans executive search, strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management, and global capability centre expansion.
An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Puja is passionate about redefining how organizations attract and retain talent in an evolving business landscape.
