Venkatareddy Karna has joined Scripbox as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over 15 years of extensive experience across the full spectrum of finance, accounts, and strategic leadership. In his new role, he will oversee financial strategy, controllership, liquidity management, fundraising, and governance, while playing a key role in driving digital transformation and long-term value creation for the organization.
Prior to joining Scripbox, Venkatareddy served as Chief Financial Officer at Wildcraft India, where he led finance, audit, and legal functions while acting as a strategic partner to the business. His tenure was marked by strong investor engagement, process re-engineering initiatives, and the establishment of robust financial controls to support scale and complexity across multiple business channels.
Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles at Melorra and Modenik Lifestyle, where he was instrumental in business finance partnering, working capital optimization, due diligence, and fundraising initiatives. He has also built and led high-performing finance and operations teams, strengthening FP&A, treasury, tax, and audit frameworks while ensuring strong P&L ownership and financial integrity.
Venkatareddy’s professional journey includes experience with Big 4 audit firms, banks, private equity stakeholders, and regulated authorities, giving him a well-rounded perspective on compliance, governance, and growth-stage finance. With his deep expertise in financial planning, investor relations, and strategic execution, he is well positioned to support Scripbox’s continued growth and evolving financial leadership needs.
