A recognized ET 40 Under 40 and Top 100 HR Leader, Seepika brings two decades of deep expertise across Total Rewards, DE&I, well-being, HR automation, and change management. Her work sits at the intersection of data, design, and human behavior—transforming pay from a cost line into an engine for business impact.
Most recently, as Global Head of Total Rewards at Brillio, Seepika built and scaled the Total Rewards COE, leading a global transformation spanning compensation architecture, benefits harmonization, variable pay redesign, M&A integration, and global LTI/equity programs.
