Chandresh Dedhia has taken on a new role as Executive Vice President – Technology at Medikabazaar, bringing with him over 18 years of deep expertise in enterprise applications and large-scale digital transformation. A seasoned CIO/CTO leader and CIO100 Award winner, Chandresh is widely recognized for building resilient, scalable technology ecosystems that align business strategy with execution, particularly in high-growth and regulated environments.
Over the years, Chandresh has led end-to-end technology charters across Quick Commerce, eCommerce, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology, including leadership roles at API Holdings (PharmEasy, Thyrocare, RetailIO, Aknamed) and Zepto. His experience spans enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, HRIS, LIMS, and business intelligence systems, along with deep expertise in IPO readiness, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, SOX, USFDA, 21 CFR Part 11). He has also successfully driven complex M&A technology integrations, unifying diverse businesses onto common platforms.
At API Holdings, Chandresh played a pivotal role in integrating multiple business verticals, leading ERP and warehouse management transformations, improving supply chain efficiency, and strengthening cybersecurity posture. Earlier in his career at Fermenta Biotech, he built IT functions from the ground up, partnering closely with CXOs to modernize enterprise systems while ensuring global compliance and governance across geographies.
In his current role at Medikabazaar, Chandresh will lead the product and technology charter, focusing on scalable platforms, operational excellence, and secure digital foundations to support the company’s growth ambitions. Beyond technology, he is also a triathlete and marathon runner, reflecting the resilience, discipline, and long-term mindset that define both his personal and professional journey.
