Saurabh Mishra has taken on the role of Head of Purchase at Tecumseh Products Company, where he is responsible for leading the organization’s end-to-end procurement and sourcing strategy across key categories. An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with deep expertise in manufacturing and global sourcing, Saurabh oversees a $70 million annual procurement portfolio, driving cost efficiency, supplier capability enhancement, and supply chain resilience.
In his role as Head of Purchase, Saurabh focuses on strengthening strategic vendor partnerships, designing innovative commodity strategies, and implementing robust supplier development frameworks. His emphasis on data-led decision-making, structured gap analysis, and performance metrics has contributed to improved procurement efficiencies, optimized cash flows, and sustained cost reductions. By closely aligning purchase strategies with business objectives, he continues to support Tecumseh’s growth across competitive and dynamic markets.
Saurabh has also been entrusted with the additional responsibility of General Manager, reflecting the organization’s confidence in his leadership and strategic acumen. In this capacity, he contributes beyond procurement, supporting broader business decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
