Reshu Madan has taken charge as President & Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Head at Havells India Ltd, strengthening the company’s senior leadership at a time of continued expansion across its electrical and power solutions portfolio. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving the overall strategy, growth, and performance of the SBU, with a strong focus on operational excellence, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Reshu brings with him nearly three decades of leadership experience across power, electrical equipment, EPC, and infrastructure businesses. Prior to joining Havells, he spent over seven years at Sterlite Power, where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer, after holding key roles such as Director Commercial and Business Head – Power Cable. During his tenure, he played a critical role in scaling businesses, managing P&L, and leading large, complex operations across manufacturing and projects.
Earlier in his career, Reshu held senior leadership positions at Crompton Greaves (CG Power) for more than 15 years, where he led engineering projects, marketing, tendering, and switchgear businesses across India and the Asia-Pacific region. He has also served as Head – EPC at TBEA Energy India and as Director at Sudhir Gensets, gaining deep exposure to EPC execution, product businesses, and large-scale infrastructure programs.
In addition to his role as President & SBU Head, Reshu has also previously served as a General Manager–equivalent leader in large, multi-business environments, overseeing diverse teams and complex portfolios. At Havells, his extensive experience in building scalable businesses, leading high-performing teams, and navigating competitive markets is expected to significantly contribute to the company’s next phase of growth.
